Lena Dunham says she wants to guest star on Scandal, direct an ESPN 30 for 30 film

Girls creator and star Lena Dunham stopped by ESPN’s The B.S. Report with Bill Simmons this week and dished on more than just a few topics. The star of the hit HBO show talked about her show but she also talked about a slew of other more random topics like the fact that the likes to ooh at celebrity relationship blogs from the 1990s as well as some of there career aspirations.

Among the things Dunham wants to do are guest star on Scandal and direct an episode of the Bill Simmons produced documentary series 30 for 30.

Per Simmons’ podcast The B.S. Report:

“My life’s great passion is the idea of being a guest star on Scandal,” she says. “I want to be like, a senator who did something wrong.

Dunham has alway sheen an interesting person to listen to, as she’s never afraid to speak her mind and happens to have plenty of pop culture nuggets stored away. The fact that she wants to direct a 30 for 30 documentary is actually pretty interesting given the fact that she admits she knows little about sports but seems to be willing to learn in order to cover an important women’s sports topic from the last 30 years.
