Earlier this month, Netflix made a move that saw them acquire the streaming rights to the entire series of Star Wars: Clone Wars, including the unaired final season. The red carpet is being rolled out for the Match premiere of the series on Netflix and a familiar voice is back int he first trailer.
Liam Neeson, who last appeared in a Star Wars films back in 1999’s Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace, has returned to voice his character of Qui-Gon Jinn one more time for the TV series. It will be the first time Neeson has reprised the role since 1999 and fans are already beyond hyped.

The season follows a rift in the Force caused by Ahsoka Tano’s departure from the Jedi Order and the growing menace of various Sith Lords and apprentices throughout the galaxy. Some of the deepest mysteries of the conflict between the light and the dark sides of the Force are revealed. An intrepid clone trooper discovers a shocking secret, Anakin Skywalker’s closest relationship is tested to its limits and what Master Yoda discovers while investigating the disappearance of a Jedi could forever change the balance of power in the galaxy.
Star Wars: Clone Wars will debut on Netflix March 7th.
