Fox Announces Fall Line-up

Animation domination is no more.

Fox released its fall schedule earlier today and the network has decided to add two in live-action comedies to its Sunday line-up (Brooklyn Nine-Nine, and new comer Mulaney). Coined back in 2005, Animation Domination has become a key fixture of Fox’s line-up. For years, the network has dedicated Sunday nights to Fox’s original animated comedies including Family Guy, and The Simpsons. Will be interesting to see how the two live-action series fair when paired with the animation block.

Bones will be moving once more, shifting from Friday nights to Thursdays at 8/7c.  Also noticeably missing from the fall schedule if Glee, which Fox has decided to hold until mid-season.

Also set for a midseason run are returning series American Idol and The Following, along with new series Backstrom, Bordertown, Empire, Hieroglyph, The Last Man on Earth, Weird Loners, and limited series Wayward Pines.
