Ratings: Castle Finale Rises, 24 Falls

Well that was short lived!

Fox’s 24: Live Another Day debuted in its regular time slot this Monday, and the series took a fall from grace. Monday’s new outing drew 6.4 million total viewers and a 2.0 rating, down 20 and 23 percent from its two-hour event launch last week.

Fox’s Bones opened the night on a positive note bringing in 6.3 million total viewers and earning a 1.6 in the demo. The new episode rose in a tenth in the demo and added a few new viewers as well.

Here is how the other main networks faired this Monday:

ABC:  Dancing with the Stars (13.8 mil/2.2) stared the night off, rising three tenths in the demo. Following Dancing with the Stars, Castle‘s much talk-about season 6 finale (10.4 mil/2.0) saw a 16 and 25 percent increase (hitting a 14-week high in the demo).

CBS: After  a Two Broke Girls rerun, the recently canceled Friends With Better Lives (4.9 mil/1.5) she a tenth, while Mike & Molly (7 mil/2.0) saw a gain of eight percent and three tenths.

NBC:  Over at NBC, The Voice (11 mil/3.0) was flat and freshman series The Blacklist‘s finale (10.5 mil/2.6) lost a tenth.

THE CW: The Star-Crossed series finale drew 1.17 million total viewers and a 0.4 in the demo, rising in total viewers, and a tenth in the demo.
