Starting the night off for CBS, an all new Big Brother averaged 6 million total viewers and a 1.8 in the demo, steady with the series’ last Sunday outing in both measures. Sunday’s new Big Brother easily claimed the night’s highest demo, while CBS’ 60 Minutes at 7/6c scored the night’s largest audience with 8.5 million total viewers.
Following Big Brother, an all new Reckless pulled in 4 million total viewers and a 0.7 in the demo, up slightly from its premiere last Sunday. Closing the night out for CBS, an all new Unforgettable brought in 6.1 million total viewers and a 0.7 in the demo, down two tenths from its season premiere.
Here is how the night’s other new outings faired:
ABC: Kicking off the night for ABC, an all new Wipeout averaged 3.6 million total viewers and a 1.0 in the demo, down 16 percent in total viewers and losing two tenths in the demo. Following Wipeout, Rising Star‘s final live auditions attracted 4.3 million viewers and a 1.2 in the demo, down 12 percent in viewers, but steady in the demo.
NBC: NBC’s Miley Cyrus: Bangerz Tour special drew Sunday’s smallest numbers with only 2 million total viewers and a 0.7 in the demo. The concert special was significantly down from last Sunday’s Last Comic Standing which managed to pull in 3.4 million viewers and a 1.1 in the demo.
