Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles Season 7 Premiere: Preview

The cutthroat world of real estate in the city of angels is once again on display as Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles returns for its season 7 premiere. Show veterans Josh Flagg and Josh Altman are back to teach the ropes to the two new cast members David Parnes and James Harris. The biggest challenge early for the cast is the incredibly low inventory levels in LA. It puts tremendous amount of pressure on every deal that is made this season.

Of course selling homes isn’t the only thing that is causing drama for the men of MDLA. Josh Altman is dealing with growing The Altman Brothers firm while at the same time trying to plan his wedding to fiance Heather. Planning a wedding is hard enough, but doing in front of the reality cameras is near suicide. Josh Flagg’s relationship with his partner Colton continues to grow and shape his life. Josh made the big decision to buy them a house last season, and move out of the comfort of their luxury apartment. Here’s a clip from Bravo where we catch up with Altman and Flagg.

Did we mention the new guys on the show are British? David and James bring their posh accents to the world of LA real estate. The two are lifelong friends that are often confused for twins. In this preview they get a tall order from a client who wants an $18 million dollar home for $12 million.

Here’s the complete episode synopsis from Bravo.

With inventory low and demand high, the Los Angeles market is blazing hot and these agents are working hard to stay one sale ahead of their competition. While Josh Altman nabs a listing that every agent in town wanted, dynamic British duo David Parnes and James Harris continue to encroach on his territory. Josh Flagg lists a $9.4 million mansion in Bel Air Crest.
