January is finally here, which means that the hell-atus nightmare is almost over! This is the hard part because we’re so close to the midseason premiere but still not quite there. I kind of doubt that Sam and Dean are big on New Year’s resolutions, though if they are they should definitely keep it simple. Like maybe try and avoid dying this year, it hurts our feelings, when one or both of the boys are hurting!
The thing about a new year is there’s all this hope and promise! But it’s not nearly as much fun to attach that sort of stuff to your own life when you can put that energy toward the super important fictional people we talk about constantly. Of course given the holiday spirit we’re all a bit indulgent. And while fans want to see the best for the Winchester bros., we’re also taking the opportunity to be a little selfish.
Supernatural’s mid-season finale was full of some surprising and some cringe-worthy moments. So as we hurtle toward that combined feeling of relief and dread that any premiere heralds, so join Hidden Remote as we list some of the themes, people and plots we hope resurface when season 11 returns!
