Get ready to see Kid Danger and Captain Man like you’ve never seen them before! Nickelodeon today announced plans for a new animated spinoff based on the characters featured in its hit live-action series Henry Danger. Through The Adventures of Kid Danger and Captain Man (working title), fans can watch as the superhero crime-fighting duo embark on new and crazy adventures where they’ll face off against some of the most bizarre criminals and super villains around!

"“We are giving the characters that kids love, the opportunity to play in fresh new ways,” said Cyma Zarghami, President, Nickelodeon Group in a statement. “Animating Dan Schneider’s incredible Henry Danger, while keeping the voices of the current series, signals to the audience that we are working hard to serve them on all platforms.”"

From the mind of Nickelodeon’s legendary creator and producer Dan Schneider (Henry Danger, Game Shakers, iCarly, Drake & Josh), the new half-hour animated program will bring the live-action cast together to take viewers to previously unseen locations only ever referenced on the hit series. Among the many things fans can look forward to are the Man Cave tube system used to propel the heroes into adventure and the Man Cave garage which houses unlimited new vehicles and gadgets which will be used on future adventures.

Stars Jace Norman (Henry Hart/Kid Danger), Cooper Barnes (Ray/Captain Man), Riele Downs (Charlotte), Sean Ryan Fox (Jasper), Ella Anderson (Piper Hart), Michael D. Cohen (Schwoz) and Jeffrey Nicholas Brown (Mr. Hart) are all set to reprise their roles in the new animated project which will also introduce viewers to new villains and allies!

The Adventures of Kid Danger and Captain Man first began as a Nickelodeon short-form digital series which quickly captured the attention of fans to be viewed more than 30 million times across the network’s various platforms. Unlike the live-actionHenry Danger which focuses on the difficulties Henry faces juggling his responsibilities as a normal teenager with his time fighting crime as Kid Danger, the animated spinoff looks to follow Kid Danger and Captain Man on their crime-fighting adventures as they battle against monsters, aliens and more!

In addition to the new animated series (which has been picked up for an initial 10-episode run), Nickelodeon’s live-action series will continue to air new episodes with Season 3 episode currently airing Saturdays at 8/7c and with Season 4 having already been ordered.
