General Hospital: Does Peter’s story prove that he is Anna’s son? There could be a twist coming

Anna is searching for her secret child, but she may just be surprised by who it is.

There are many questions that need to be answered on General Hospital and they are slowly coming to light. One of them is the true identity of Peter August and his mysterious past. We have learned that he is Faison’s son, Henrik, but he may also turn out to be the child that his daddy dearest had with Anna Devane.

Peter explains his past

Lulu wanted to know a little bit about Peter’s past. He unexpectedly spilled some details without revealing any names. He told her that he was abandoned by his mother when he was a baby and that his father, which would be Faison, sent him away to boarding school. He also said that his father, and a brother that he never had the chance to get to know, were both dead. That is all true enough since Nathan and Faison are gone now.

Peter doesn’t know who his mother is, and apparently neither did Faison since he had many lovers at that time. He was brought to his dad through an intermediary, so he doesn’t know who his mother is. He told Lulu that despite all of that, he wrote himself a better ending to his story.

Anna’s son?

This all points perfectly towards Anna finding out that Peter is really her son. She has beendesperately searching for Henrik whom she suspects is her child with Faison. She has no idea that Peter August and Henrik are the same person. His story certainly fits, except why Anna Devane would give up her child to a psycho like Faison.

It would seem like Anna would have kept her baby far away from him as possible. Maybe she gave the baby up for adoption to give him or her a better life. Have the writers been swaying General Hospital viewers towards believing that those two are mother and son only to give this story a little twist?

What does Valentin know?

Valentin knows all about Anna having a baby with Faison. He surprised her on Wednesday’s episode of General Hospital saying that he knows her story and he wants to give her an earful. Anna is seen in the previews for Thursday about to walk out the door, but Valentin stops her by reeling her back in. “If you leave now, you are missing the best part of the story,” he tells her.

What could that be? Will he confess to Anna that her son is indeed Henrik and that he is in Port Charles? Or will be lie to her to keep her from locating him? Knowing Valentin and his cat and mouse games he plays, he could very well just tell Anna that her child is dead to torment her some more.

It seems to be too obvious that Peter/Henrik is Anna’s son with Faison. However, it could all be true and she will be forced to deal with an evil child that she supposedly abandoned long ago. There just may be more to this story than meets the eye.
