Like any good Marvel movie, Black Panther is filled with little Easter eggs related to other movies, fandoms, etc. Easter eggs are becoming so ingrained in our movie experience that it is fast becoming the norm to immediately look for an Easter egg after viewing the movie.
While Black Panther is definitely filled with its fair share of Easter eggs it’s certainly nothing like the previous Marvel movies. Nevertheless, they are there and everyone is having fun trying to spot them and discuss what each one means.
But have you spotted the Lion King Easter eggs yet?
Trust me, it isn’t easy to spot them and when you do you can’t help but nod in appreciation at the person who originally spotted them because they are so subtly brilliant. What I am really curious at, however, is whether they are intentional Easter eggs or not.

A total of four Lion King Easter eggs are in the movie and it was the Facebook page The Geek Strikes Back that shared them with their fans. The Geek Strikes Back, who are dedicated to delivering all things geeky and humorous, are regulars at sharing amazing tidbits like this.
