All aboard the train to The Good Place at Universal Studios Hollywood!

More from NBC

NBC’s hit comedy The Good Place finished airing its second season earlier this month, but for some guests at Universal Studios Hollywood, the train to that frozen yogurt-loving neighborhood hasn’t stopped chugging along. The exterior set of Michael and Janet’s utopian universe is actually built on the Little Europe section of the Universal Studios backlot, a set used in many famous films, including Pirates of the Caribbean, Princess Diaries 2 (yes, The Good Place also doubles as Genovia), and Angels and Demons.

It’s also fitting that the Studio Tour at Universal Studios Hollywood transports park guests on a tram, seeing as how a train is the only mode of transportation in Michael’s neighborhood. Because each tour is a little bit different depending on what parts of the lot are used for filming that day, there’s unfortunately no guarantee that your tour will specifically go through Little Europe, but with filming currently stopped on the series, there’s a good chance that you’ll see at least one of the many praised fro-yo shops in Neighborhood 12358W.

In addition to seeing all the punny store fronts on your tour, you’ll also recognize the clam chowder fountain and the grass lawn where Michael holds town meetings.

Another piece of the set you’re likely to see is the infamous train station where Eleanor, Chidi, Jason and Tahani are able to travel to the “Medium Place” (and where the demons from The Bad Place stop in to trade their Eleanors in season 1).
