When will the Supernatural Season 13 finale air?
The CW has set a date for its current lineup’s season finales. That means, we can finally work out if there will be any more breaks in Supernatural Season 13.
A second mini-Hellatus is here, just two weeks after the last one ended, but there’s some excellent news. The CW has announced when the Supernatural Season 13 finale will air, which means we can work out just how many breaks are needed moving forward.
The CW has set the Supernatural Season 13 finale date for May 17. This was one of the estimated dates by SPN Hunters earlier this year, when looking at the mini-Hellatuses last month and this month. May 17 made sense due to the 23 -episode order, as it would mean no more breaks after this mini-Hellatus.

Yes, you just read that right. There will be no more breaks once Supernatural returns with “Scoobynatural” on March 29. The series returns with Episode 16 and including that episode there are eight left for the season. It will take eight weeks to get to May 17!

Unlike last season, there won’t be a two-hour season finale special. Instead, Episode 22 will take place a week earlier, so hopefully, there isn’t a major cliffhanger for a week. However, do expect Episode 23 to end with a big cliffhanger. After all, that’s something Supernatural is known for. Just think way back to the first season finale, when the show wrapped with the truck running into the Impala.

Other CW shows are wrapping about the same time. Riverdale fans will say goodbye for the season on May 16, Arrow Season 6 wraps on May 17 (the same day as Supernatural), and Dynasty will finish May 18.
