Last week,Timeless headed to Hollywood in 1941 and things got steamy on screen when Lucy (Abigail Spencer) and Wyatt (Matt Lanter) made #Lyatt shipper dreams come true! However, the future had other plans! Just when we thought we had all the time in the world to revel in the Wyatt and Lucy’s decision to embrace the present (but, like, in the past) last week’s big episode ending curveball gave us more than just a new and impossibly complicated love triangle and a whole bunch of questions!
Jessica’s (Tonya Glanz) return…Or I guess undeath is as confusing and bittersweet as we could expect. After all the times it took to convince Wyatt not to try and change her murder, he moves forward and now it’s like two steps back. What will happen to him this time if he every loses her again? Or worse, what if Rittenhouse is involved? And what about Lucy? While history might be persevered for now the present is more screwed up than ever and that can’t mean anything good for the future. Lucy, for her part, is still trying to walk away from the prediction that she’ll be horrible person and the stakes she’s willing to go to prove that could have catastrophic consequences!
To make things even more difficult, we have to wait a whole week to get at least some answers because there is no new Timeless this week! So pick out your favorite time period, buckle up inside the Lifeboat and get ready for what’s coming because for more you’ll need to tune in!
