What did you catch in theaters this past weekend? Even though new movies made their debut at the box office, all eyes were on Avengers: Infinity War once again!

Infinity War has been breaking records left and right at the box office. From second-fastest film to cross $400 million and $450 million (domestically) and more. This weekend, the latest Marvel Cinematic Universe installment gathered an estimated $112.4 million, domestically, pushing its worldwide total to over $1 billion — the first film EVER to cross $1 billion so fast (11 days).

Even new movies don’t all make over one hundred thousand on its first weekend. It’s no surprise Avengers is still the number one movie in the world, but no one predicted it would reach over $100 thousand on its second weekend. What other surprises will the movie have in store for us?

The three new movies that premiered this weekend are TullyBad Samaritan and Overboard. And while Overboardwhich stars Anna Faris and Eugenio Derbez, can be found in second place with $14.7 million, Bad Samaritan barely made it to the top 10.

More from Box Office

Tully, starring Charlize Theron, settled for sixth place with a low $3.1 million this past weekend. Not a good look for a movie with star power. The budget isn’t known, but we doubt much profit will come from it.
