But as these reality stars have previously revealed, fans only get to see a fraction of everything that they go through. In fact, it sounds like Messer has even more family that she doesn’t choose to share on the show.

On Instagram, Leah Messer shared a photo of herself and her brother. Her brother hasn’t really played a role on Teen Mom 2, so fans unfamiliar with her brother thought she was dating again. On Instagram, people asked her about who he was and if he was her potential third husband. In the caption, Messer wrote that the guy in the photo was her brother.

In the Instagram caption, Leah Messer clearly explains that she is happy that her brother and his significant other stopped by to say hi. It sounds like her brother Isaac doesn’t get to see Leah as often as they would like.

While Jeremy Calvert is indeed Leah’s second husband, she has hinted that she has no desire to get married again. She got married twice, thinking both times that this was it for her.
