Big Brother houseguests joining The Challenge on MTV

Big Brother is crossing over with The Challenge on MTV. Four former Big Brother houseguests are on the next season of the reality competition show.
Former Big Brother houseguests are sure making their way around television shows. First, it was a soap opera, then it was on Survivor, and recently there has been big news about the next season of The Amazing Race. Now, it appears that people are moving from the Big Brother house to The Challenge on MTV.
The Challenge hosts Big Brother houseguests
MTV has released the Challenge cast list, including several very familiar names to Big Brother fans. They are Da’Vonne Rogers, Jozea Flores, Paulie Calafiore, and Natalie Negrotti. Da’Vonne and Paulie went after each other during Big Brother 18. As for Natalie, she was involved in an infamous showmance with James Huling during that same season.

The return of these four Big Brother 18 contestants should provide a lot of potential fireworks for MTV audiences. MTV is certainly talking it up, with a lot of interesting adjectives getting used in the advertisements.
"The Final Reckoning — premiering on July 10 — will end the epic trilogy saga, with all of the recent betrayals, backstabbing and wrongdoings rising to the surface. Can the players put aside their issues, settle the score and work together to take home the $1 million prize?"

Episodes of The Challenge: Final Reckoning begin on Tuesday, July 10. That’s roughly two weeks after the Big Brother 20 season premiere on CBS. For Big Brother fans needing another installment of houseguests, this could become a Tuesday night favorite.

This is the 32nd season of The Challenge for MTV and it is taking place in South Africa. Rivals are paired up as teams to compete for the $1 million prize. A lot of very familiar characters from MTV shows are back. In that mix will be the four former Big Brother houseguests. Can one of the BB18 cast members find a way to win this show?

Big Brother is getting some free advertising out of this ordeal. It might even lead to more eyes tuning in to both CBS and MTV this summer.
