Lowry wasn’t dating anyone known to the Teen Mom 2 fanbase, so the pregnancy came as a shock. People guessed that Javi Marroquin was the father, but Kailyn later revealed that it was someone from school who had fathered the baby. Kailyn claimed that she would be raising the baby on her own and that Chris wouldn’t play a role.

But on Teen Mom 2, Kailyn Lowry opened up about how they had been in a relationship and Lowry really wanted to make things work. But she also didn’t want to share custody with Chris. He had to file an emergency custody hearing on Teen Mom 2 simply to see his son. This was devastating to her, but she knew she had to share their son.

But it sounds like some people believe that Kailyn Lowry and Chris are still hanging out. It’s clear that their relationship isn’t the best on Teen Mom 2 but it has been months since the show was filmed. It’s possible that he felt that he needed to step up after seeing his son more during supervised visits.
