The Boondock Saints (July 1)
The 1999 action movie, The Boondock Saints drops on Netflix the first of July. If you haven’t watched this, now’s your chance to catch it for free. The movie stars Norman Reedus and Sean Patrick Flanery and it’s truly underrated. At Rotten Tomatoes, The Boondock Saints only scored 20% with critics, but the Audience Score is an amazing 91%. Watch it and decide who’s right!
The film follows fraternal twins Connor and Murphy, two vigilantes who decide to clear their city from crime — by any means necessary. Warning: The Boondock Saints is rated R for strong violence, language, and sexual content.

Get Smart (July 1)
Get Smart (2008) recently celebrated its 10 year anniversary since its release. It stars Steve Carell, who is always relevant since, don’t lie, you’re always re-watching The Office on Netflix, and Anne Hathaway, who stars in the recently release movie Ocean’s 8. The movie is based on Mel Brooks and Buck Henry’s television series of the same name. The action-comedy follows Max Smart (Carell) whose desire is to become an agent. But, contrary to what his last name will have you believe, Max isn’t the most intelligent. He’s clumsy, awkward, and absolutely hilarious! If you missed it in theaters, watch it come July 1!
The Legacy of a Whitetail Deer Hunter (July 6)
Searching for a Netflix Original Film? Check out The Legacy of a Whitetail Deer Hunter. The movie, dropping on July 6, is the perfect film to watch if you’re into the sport. It stars Josh Brolin as Buck Ferguson, a known whitetail deer hunter with his own television series. Buck takes his estranged son Jade (Montana Jordan) out to film an episode about reconnecting. Father’s Day has passed, but it’s never too late for a feel-good movie.

How It Ends (July 13)
Do we every grow tired of movies or television series about an apocalyptic disaster? The answer is no, not really. On July 13, Netflix is dropping How It Ends to its movie selection.
The synopsis is: “As a mysterious apocalypse causes the spread of misinformation and violence, a man and his estranged father-in-law race across a chaotic and fractured country to save his pregnant wife.” This is one to watch if you’re into the genre! How It Ends stars Theo James, Forest Whitaker, and Kat Graham.
