Jenelle Evans is continuing to argue with Teen Mom 2 fans about the safety of her backyard and her pool fence. She is now facing the law from other states.

Jenelle Evans was furious when she learned that websites were coming after her for not having a pool fence. Even though Jenelle claims she’s following the laws and requirements in North Carolina for having a backyard pool, Evans continues to get slammed by people who believe that she’s not following the safety requirements for having a pool. On Twitter, people are telling her that the property fence isn’t enough and that she is putting her children’s lives at risk because she doesn’t have a fence around the pool.

Jenelle Evans has spent hours trying to defend herself, even creating a drone video of the property, revealing she does have a fence around the pool. But it sounds like Jenelle is standing firm on following the law. The Teen Mom 2 star is being bombarded with pool laws from other states, including the state of Arizona. But as Evans told her followers, she doesn’t live in Arizona and she, therefore, doesn’t have to follow those laws.

One person even called Jenelle Evans dense for not understanding what the pool fence does and why she should have one in place. If Evans isn’t following the law, someone will surely do something about it soon given the exposure of this drama.
