Brooklyn Nine-Nine attended the first day of SDCC 2018 and during their panel they delivered a very special message to everyone.

“Nine-Nine!” Or in the case of fans yesterday, “Line-Line!” as they lined up for the Brooklyn Nine-Nine panel. SDCC 2018 kicked off in style yesterday, Doctor Who was there, Van Helsing was there and at the end of the day, Brooklyn Nine-Nine.

It’s the first time Brooklyn Nine-Nine attended a convention since the shock cancellation by Fox. Of course we all know the full story now, the shocking cancellation saw fans rally together to have their show saved and soon enough, NBC stepped in and saved the Nine-Nine.

So understandably the cancellation and renewal was a talking point. The cast have already expressed their thanks for all of the support they received individually, but SDCC provided the opportunity for the show as a whole to say thanks.

Using the newly verified Twitter account, now showing the NBC network rather than Fox, Brooklyn Nine-Nine uploaded a thank you video online for all to see. With the use of different clips throughout the various seasons of Brooklyn Nine-Nine, the montage is from point the series was cancelled up to it being saved.

It’s a great way to pay homage to the fans that tirelessly campaigned to see the show saved and best of all, it kinda stuck it to Fox as well…
