DC Universe: Young Justice: Outsiders trailer released
Young Justice: Outsiders is the long-awaited third season for the show, which originally aired on Cartoon Network. We now have a look at the upcoming season.
Back in 2011, Young Justice premiered on Cartoon Network. It ended with its second season in 2013 and fans have been waiting for a third season since then. DC finally answered when they announced Young Justice: Outsiders.
The show won’t be released on Cartoon Network, though. Instead, it will air on the DC Universe streaming service. While most of the shows are live-action ones, this one is a great addition to get people on board with the service.
I gave my first impressions of the Titans trailer, but I’m admittedly way more excited for this show. The trailer gives us a recap of where the show ended since it’s been a handful of years. The team dynamic is different with the absence of Wally and you can feel that as you watch the trailer.
The new footage from the trailer shows Artemis, Nightwing, Superboy and Aqualad working together again to stop metahuman trafficking. We’ll also see new characters joining the show.

The quality on this looks like it matches what we saw from the first two seasons. Those were a joy to watch and I know I’m not the only one who is really excited about the show’s return. There are 26 episodes planned, so there will be plenty of stories to tell. As of right now, there is no indication on whether or not the show will continue past the third season.
Young Justice: Outsiders will premiere on DC Universe in 2019.
