Kailyn Lowry isn’t too happy about the newest addition to Teen Mom OG as Bristol Palin has a controversial past as well.

Kailyn Lowry recently learned that Bristol Palin was joining the Teen Mom OG cast. This is a decision that won’t affect her directly on Teen Mom 2, as she has her co-stars in place. She’s filming the show alongside Leah Messer, Jenelle Evans, Chelsea DeBoer, and Briana DeJesus. While Jenelle has threatened to quit if MTV doesn’t film with her husband David, it sounds like she will still film as shown on Monday’s episode.

But just because Kailyn Lowry isn’t affected by this change as she’s on Teen Mom 2, she does have an option about who MTV does hire, as it affects the entire brand. She wasn’t too happy about Farrah Abraham doing adult movies while filming the show, and she slammed David Eason for making homophobic comments. So when Bristol Palin was announced as the newest cast member, Kailyn clearly had an opinion.

Of course, Palin has made questionable comments in the past, but MTV chose to still hire her for the show. That’s when Teen Mom 3 star Nikkole Paulun revealed that the comments alone could result in the death of the show, as fans were planning on boycotting the show.

Kailyn Lowry revealed that she initially thought it was a good fit, but then revealed that she could be wrong about it. She’s clearly not happy with the producers not doing their research. This has been the primary concern of viewers, who feel that the producers didn’t do their research. But many have also slammed the current cast, as Javi Marroquin has been called a stalker as fans are seeing a new side to him.

What do you think of Kailyn Lowry’s comments about the new addition?
