Harvey is channeling his inner-Mike to deal with an upcoming case.

It looks like it’s all to do with the guy who owns the building the offices are in. Yeah, it’s never a good idea to go after “the man who owns your house,” as Zane puts it. However, sometimes you have to do what’s right for other people, even if that means a potential loss of offices. Mike certainly would have risked it all.

Donna is clearly going to initially try to talk Harvey out of it, but how will she react with the memory of Mike? This is a woman who regularly sided with Mike’s actions because the majority of the time he wanted to do the best thing for the client regardless of what that meant for himself or the firm. The difference was Mike wasn’t a named partner.
