Big Brother 20 returns on August 29 for Episode 28 of the summer 2018 season. It’s time for CBS viewers to learn who won the Week 9 Power of Veto and if they used that power at the Veto Meeting.

Angela Rummans is the current Head of Household. During the August 26 episode, it was revealed that she had won the latest HOH Competition. A lot of drama took place during the episode about who might get nominated, with Faysal Shafaat convinced that he wasn’t going to end up on the block. At the end of the Big Brother 20 episode, Angela nominated Faysal and Haleigh Broucher for eviction.

Time for some Diary Room action

The Wednesday night episode is going to start off with a lot of Diary Room sessions. This is where fans will get to see the reactions of Faysal and Haleigh following the latest Nomination Ceremony. While some of their responses may be a bit prompted, it will be new footage for even the love feed subscribers to enjoy. Then, the week will settle in, as everyone turns their focus to the Power of Veto.

Big Brother 20 Power of Veto and final nominees

The only way for Faysal or Haleigh to guarantee their personal safety for the week will be to win the Power of Veto. The competition is reportedly an intense one, as it took most of the day to complete this past weekend. It’s also a messy one if the video above is any indication of what took place. The Veto Competition favors the Level Six alliance due to who remains in the BB20 house, but it always presented the opportunity for things to get shaken up a bit.

Following the latest competition, the Power of Veto winner will have to debate whether or not to use the power, which should provide time for producers to show a lot of behind-the-scenes moments from the weekend. Then, it will be time for the Week 9 Veto Meeting, where the final eviction nominees for Thursday night (August 30) will get set. Who will be at risk of joining the BB20 jury house very soon?
