Big Brother 20 recap time arrived again on Sunday evening. The September 2 episode of the show would cover who won the Head of Household Competition and who got nominated for eviction this week.

Episode 30 opened with a quick review of what had taken place Thursday night (August 30) on Big Brother 20. Faysal Shafaat was evicted by a 4-1 vote, but he got a chance to return at the Jury Battle Back Competition. Scottie Salton, Faysal, Angie Lantry (Rockstar), and Bayleigh Dayton battled it out, but it was Scottie who won the chance to re-enter the game.

Diary Room sessions

JC Mounduix acted very upset and frustrated that Scottie had returned, Tyler loved that it was Scottie when compared to the other options, and Brett stated that it was time for him to win a competition. Haleigh Broucher pulled Scottie aside, where she told him that if he didn’t win the HOH, he would probably be going up on the block.

The HOH Endurance Competition

For the Week 10 HOH Competition, each of the houseguests was perched on a disc while hanging on to a rope. They were twirled around the backyard while getting knocked into a wall. Fall and they were out, but be the last person standing and they would become the new Head of Household.

JC Mounduix fell pretty soon after the competition started, right after he was bragging during a Diary Room session. Sam Bledsoe was the second one to fall out. Scottie Salton started spinning really fast and couldn’t keep his balance any longer. He was the third one down. Brett Robinson was the fourth one out. That left just Tyler Crispen, Kaycee Clark, and Haleigh Broucher battling it out.

After Kaycee fell, it was down to a battle between Tyler and Haleigh. They lasted a while, but then Haleigh took a hard hit against the wall that knocked her out of the challenge. Tyler got to celebrate another competition victory. Haleigh was quite sad in her Diary Room session, frustrated with how close she had come, knowing that she was likely to get nominated.

Tyler and Angela Rummans scheme

While hanging out in the HOH Room, Tyler and Angela began discussing who to nominate, coming to the obvious conclusion that the targets needed to be Haleigh and Scottie. Then, a lot of time was shown with them cuddling and making small talk in their subdued showmance.

Big Brother 20: Kaycee Clark

A segment was spent on Kaycee speaking with JC Mounduix and then during a Diary Room session about how difficult it was for her to come out to her parents. She spoke about how she just wanted her mother to accept her as she is and be happy for her having a girlfriend. JC told her “it always gets better” during their chat.

Tyler one-on-one chats

Haleigh and Scottie each went up to the HOH Room, where they were each told that they were safe this week. In a Diary Room session, Tyler stated that “everyone” in the BB20 house wanted Scottie gone again. He alluded to wanting to target Haleigh after she put him on the block. There were actually two DR sessions where Tyler spoke about that. He was referring to when Haleigh won the Hacker Competition and Tyler accused Bayleigh Dayton of secretly being the BB Hacker.

Nomination Ceremony Week 10

Tyler hosted the latest Nomination Ceremony toward the end of the episode where he revealed the two houseguests who would be on the block. Tyler nominated Haleigh and Scottie for eviction. The two nominees would have a shot to save themselves from the block at the Week 10 POV Competition (which already took place).

dark. Next. Who Is Eviction Target After Veto Competition?

That brings an end to the September 2 Big Brother 20 recap. The next episode is on Wednesday night (September 5), when the Power of Veto winner gets revealed for the week.
