The Netflix-Marvel Universe continues! Marvel’s Iron Fist season 2 is now streaming on Netflix!
The least favorite Defender has arrived with all-new episodes, Danny Rand (Finn Jones) is back with Marvel’s Iron Fist season 2. Will you be watching the hero’s second season? We bet you will, because if you loved the first season, you’ll definitely be watching. And if you didn’t, you’ll also be tuning in! Why? To judge!
There’s nothing wrong with that. After a mediocre (and that’s being nice) first season, it’s expected for Marvel fans to watch with a critical eye. Don’t get me wrong, we’re rooting for Danny Rand! We all want this season to succeed. But Iron Fist was a huge disappointment, especially after how much Daredevil, Jessica Jones, and Luke Cage wowed audiences. The three are a tough act to follow. You can’t blame fans for being extra careful.

Official synopsis: Season 2 furthers the transformation of Danny, a character with a fish out of water coming of age story making his way in a harsh new world, battling to work out who he is. This season, Danny has promised that with Matt Murdock gone, he will step up and protect his city. But a sinister plot twist threatens his very identity and he must conquers his villains to protect the town and people he holds close to his heart.
In a way, has Danny Rand already redeemed himself? He wasn’t too shabby when he joined Jones, Murdock, and Cage in The Defenders. The four made a great team! A second season of The Defenders may not happen, and that’s a shame, but it would be great to see the gang together again.
The actor also recently briefly joined Luke Cage in Luke Cage season 2. He’s got a new attitude and cool new haircut! If Iron Fist season 2 is anything like what we saw in the cameo, we’re going to love the new season!
Will you be watching the new episodes immediately or wait to binge watch the season over the weekend?
