Supernatural has had millions of character introductions over the years. We’re going into the 14th season with plenty of guest characters, recurring characters, and much more. But which introductions have really stood out?

This year marks the 10th anniversary of Castiel’s introduction and the angel certainly makes it on the list. Where exactly does he belong? Is he in the number one spot or could there be someone who knocked him off that perch? Here’s a look at the 11 best introductions on Supernatural so far.

Just as a note, this is up to Season 13–and there are two characters who make it from the season. See if you agree with all 11.

11. Missouri Moseley

Think all the way back to the first season. This was when we were just learning about the Winchester brothers, the lifestyle of hunters, demons, ghosts, and everything else. It was also the season that brought us Missouri Moseley.

After years of wondering what “went to Missouri” meant in John’s journal, Dean finally figures it out. It’s all about a woman called Missouri, a psychic who can help them figure out whether the problem in their old house was linked to the “thing” that killed their mom.

Missouri wasn’t just important for the overall story. Her introduction was hilarious, with commenting on how much they’d grown, instantly showing off her abilities, and making her presence known immediately.
