Season 13

There are many elements to this title sequence. It was from around Season 8 that I felt the show started getting bigger on the cards. Last season’s card initially has Jack’s eye behind the show’s title, but there’s more if you look closely.

You’ll see the inverted T that flashes, making it look like an inverted cross. This is a sign of the devil and evil, which we weren’t sure if Jack was at first. Then there’s the lightning flashes around the outside, marking the Apocalypse World. Bringing everything together was cool, but there are two that stand out more right now.

Season 10

While the 10th season may not be a favorite for many, the title card stands out. This season saw the angel grace and demon smoke mix together. The two moved outwards and joined to create an inverted pentagram.

This showed us everything that we’d need to expect. A fight against both angels and demons and  Dean starting the season as a demon. It was everything we needed.

Season 3

I’m not sure anything will ever fully knock Supernatural Season 3 off the top spot. This title card had me impressed from the first moment and I still love it to this day. Depending on my mood, the coloring and blend of the demon smoke and angel grace in the Season 10 title card will win out but the third season usually ends up back on top.

This season brought a beautiful blend of blue, purple, and black. We had the demon smoke, seeing that element from the second season finale that would continue into the third season. It was clear that it was all about the demons this season–and that deal. Plus, purple is my favorite color!
