What’s going to happen to Mary and Bobby?

Did you notice those googly eyes Mary and Bobby gave each other last season? Even after everything they went through: war, chaos, death, destruction, angels, demons and everything in between, it seems Mary and Bobby may just have a thing.

It’s not a bad thing either. Mary has yearned for companionship ever since coming back, even getting into bed with Ketch, a psychopath. But there is a kindred spirit with Bobby and not just because they’re hunters.

AU Bobby is now in a world he does not know, much like Mary when she returned. While this is her world, it’s not her time. She died 30 years ago, and got pulled back into a place she doesn’t know with sons she knows nothing about.

With AU Bobby, he doesn’t know anything about her. He knew a Mary once, but she is also gone and not the same person he knows now. It seems he could separate the two and get to know the woman who is Mary Winchester now.

The brothers had a problem with this, and you can’t blame them. They got their mom back, but they last knew her when they were children and Sam barely at all.

Mary and Bobby can get to know each other without pretext and without judgment. They also get each other with the whole hunting thing knowing they don’t have to explain that life.

I support this relationship if it happens. Sam and Dean might think differently, but we’re all adults here.
