The Gifted: Images of Grace Byers goofy on-set moment are hilarious

Grace Byers plays Reeva Payge on The Gifted. Aaaand she’s also really funny. Take a look at this moment captured of her on the set of the show.

We know Grace Byers is a great actress. Formerly of Empire and currently on The Gifted, she’s got a powerful presence and an awesome skill set.

But even supervillains (misunderstood antagonists with great hearts) laugh every once in a while. It can be hard trying to take over the world, so sometimes they just need to catch some giggles.

Fortunately for us, some of those giggles were caught on camera this time. And it’s pretty great.

So, when she robs banks, she usually tries to look like this. Intimidating/eerie, you know? 

Her powers activate, she sends some kind of sonar blast, and people fall to the ground while she skips away with the money!

But sometimes she just likes to experiment with a different form:

Grace Byers causes Skyler Samuels, Percy Hynes, Emma Dumont, and Angelica Bette Fellini to lose it here too. So funny. On The Gifted, this group is fearsome but it looks like they may not be the best bank robbers in real life!

The entire cast of The Gifted is known to be a goofy crew that really enjoys each other’s company. Their group interviews are often hilarious with jokes thrown around every which way.

So it is definitely not shocking to see newcomer Grace Byers cracking up with them as well. But it still makes the heart happy to see it.
