Marvel combats possible spoilers and bumps up release of Avengers: Endgame
The release of Avengers: Endgame has been moved up in an attempt to prevent spoilers.
Disney and Marvel have decided to bump up the US release of Avengers: Endgame to April, in an attempt to prevent any release of spoilers coming from the UK premiere. Avengers: Endgame was scheduled to be released in May and is now being released in April.
Disney was originally planning to release their massive blockbuster Avengers: Endgame May 3, 2019, with a European release date of April 26, 2019. While those in London would love to see it as early as possible, it would force American fans from having to stay off the internet for a week, in order to avoid any possible spoilers released by the UK moviegoers.
This is not the first time a Marvel film has been bumped up. It was done before with Avengers: Infinity War. So it was just a matter of time before they decided to bump up the release date. It was expected that they would either delay the European release or move the US release date up, so it’s good that Disney finally confirmed this.

This is great news for moviegoers who are dying to see Endgame. It is now only 20 weeks away until the conclusion of the epic 10 year Marvel adventure hits theaters. In the meantime, moviegoers are getting excited for Captain Marvel and the upcoming trailer for Spider-Man: Far From Home. Which is expected to be released soon, now that Endgame trailer has been released.
2019 is going to be an exciting year for the MCU and Marvel Studios, with Endgame marking the end of an era for Marvel. By the end of 2019, the Disney and Fox merger should be completed, and we should know how the X-Men and Fantastic Four characters are going to be involved in the MCU.

Now that fans have digested the trailer for Avengers: Endgame, they are now wondering when the next one will drop. Some Marvel fans are speculating that Disney could drop the trailer during the Superbowl this February.
