Everything coming to and leaving Netflix in January 2019
Netflix is early with its release of titles for next month. January 2019 is shaping up to be an exciting month on the streaming service, but there are some tearful goodbyes.
Netflix has announced its comings and goings for January 2019. It’s an exciting month for Netflix Originals between Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, Grace and Frankie, and A Series of Unfortunate Events. However, it’s also a bittersweet month with some of its exits.
To start off the month, it’s important to look at the most notable mentions. Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt and A Series of Unfortunate Events are certainly two, as both are wrapping up their shows. We’ll be sad to see how the stories come to an end, but at least the production teams have had some warning.

Meanwhile, Medici: The Magnificent starring Sean Bean is also heading to the service at the end of the month. We can’t forget Trolls: The Beat Goes On Season 5 and Lionheart being released.
When it comes to the big blockbuster movies, there are a number of them you’ll want to turn your attention to. The Incredibles 2 and Hotel Transylvania 3 are the top picks for the families. If you’re into action and adventure, looked out for Black Hawk Down (yes, that one), The Dark Knight heading back to the service, and Monty Python and the Holy Grail.
And then there are the exits from the service. You’ll remember I mentioned Love Actually is on Netflix, but this isn’t going to be for long. It’s one of the many movies that is exiting the service in January. Others include the likes of Meet the Parents, Bram Stoker’s Dracula, and The Princess Diaries.
