A Million Little Things showrunner, DJ Nash, has made it clear that someone isn’t going to make it to the end of the year. Who could that person be? Let’s look at each potential character and assess their chances.

DJ Nash has made it extremely clear that someone won’t make it to the end of the year in A Million Little Things. It’s a major teaser that tells us absolutely nothing. After all, he said that someone mentioned in the TV Line article wouldn’t make it. That doesn’t mean one of the main characters won’t die.

There are many players in this game of friendship. We have the main group of friends, but then there’s Sophie and Danny, Theo, and even Ashley.

Since it’s someone who wasn’t mentioned in the interview, I think that means we can rule out Hunter (Katherine’s boyfriend) and Regina, since neither were named. If they had, I think I’d have put my suspicion on Regina not making it through as a cruel twist against Rome (this is a drama, after all).

So, who are our options? I’m doing this from least likely to most likely.

Could the mysterious Barbara Morgan not make it through?

I’ll start with the least likely individual: Barbara Morgan. Unless she is already dead and Jon just didn’t update his insurance policy (highly unlikely), I don’t think Barbara Morgan is going to be the one who won’t make it through alive. She’s been the huge question throughout the series, along with why Jon killed himself.

But since she was mentioned, I wanted to get her out of the way. We will finally find out who she is a some point when the show returns.
