LEGO continues to amaze us with their challenging sets, and the latest one is really one to applaud. The LEGO company is always one step ahead, creating admirable sets inspired by the latest movies. LEGO movie sets have always given fans teasers and an exclusive look at what to expect to see in the upcoming movie. It’s like getting a sneak peek!
LEGO’s The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part inspired set does all of that and more. Consisting of 3,178 pieces and 12 minifigures, Welcome to Apocalypseburg is the largest ever LEGO Movie inspired set! If you’re searching for a fun challenge, this one is it!
Welcome to Apocalypseburg is recommended for fans ages 16-years-old and up. It features the coffee shop we will see in the movie, a portion of the Statue of Liberty, and much more. The minifigures include the characters of Emmet, Lucy, Batman, Harley Quinn, and Green Lantern among others.

When will it be available for purchase? Expect to see Welcome to Apocalypseburg at LEGO brand retail stores (and at shop.lego.com) beginning January 16! The suggested retail price is $299.99.
The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part follows the citizens of Bricksburg facing LEGO DUPLO invaders from outer space. It’s up to Emmet (voiced by Chris Pratt), Lucy (voiced by Elizabeth Banks), and the rest of the crew to stop the attacks that threaten their world.
