He also needs to find out who this other Green Arrow is. Now that we have confirmation it’s not him, Dinah needs to get to the bottom of the person shooting arrows all over the city. There’s no person better than Oliver to help her figure this out and capture the person.
Meanwhile, Diggle and Lyla have a problem of their own. ARGUS wants to know more about Diaz now that he’s been caught. Is it time for him to become the next experiment?
