I’m late to the Charmed midseason premiere party. I was so engrossed in the football on Sunday that I’d completely forgot about the return of the series. My bad! One thing I’m disliking about Sundays is TV shows being on. But that’s my issue, not the CW’s.
Charmed Season 1, Episode 10 picked up right where the fall finale left us. Harry was stuck in the aptly nick-named Hellcatraz and it was up to the sisters to save him. Would they manage it?
As I’m so late, I’m not going to do the traditional recap. Instead, I’m picking out the five most important takeaways from the episode, titled “Keep Calm and Harry On.”
5. Niko is back

At the very end, Mel and Jada met in a bar. It was to pass on the hell fire that Mel had managed to get from Hellcatraz (Tartarus), which was the condition on getting Mel and her sisters in. Mel has no idea if she can trust the Sarcana, but right now, she’s willing to give up the one thing they wanted.
That’s great and it led to Mel and Jada kissing in the bar. As much as I loved Mel and Niko together, I’m enjoying this growing partnership. I’m still not sure if Jada can be trusted, but the two certainly have chemistry.
But wait, a love triangle is about to get into the mix by the looks of things. At the end of Charmed Season 1, Episode 10, the camera cut to the other side of the bar. Who was taking a picture of Mel and Jada? Only Niko, without glasses!
Does this mean Niko has her memories back? Is she getting flashes of her past life? I guess we’ll have to wait and see!
