Niles Fitch hosts charity event for Real Housewife Tanya Sam in Atlanta

Real Housewife of Atlanta Tanya Sam is hosting a charity event ahead of the Superbowl with This Is Us teen actor Niles Fitch.

However you feel about reality television, real housewives, or specifically The Real Housewives of Atlanta, you can’t deny that Tanya Sam does some important work at the Atlanta based non-profit organization Kate’s Club. Tanya sits on the board of directors of that organization, which reaches out to grieving children and connects them with the community. Tanya, taking advantage of Atlanta hosting this year’s superbowl, is holding a charity event at her home to benefit Kate’s Club with the help of teenage Randall himself, Niles Fitch.

Niles Fitch, who plays the teenage version of the intelligent, thoughtful, and big hearted Randall Pearson, will be co-hosting the party. The Atlanta based actor and his sister joined Kate’s Club when they were younger after their father died. Niles recently revealed how working on This Is Us helped him work through some of that unresolved grief, but Kate’s Club undoubtedly played a big role in his support. “I was able to have fun times and sometimes sad times with others who understood how I felt,” revealed Fitch about his time at Kate’s Club.

Tanya Sam herself was a member of Kate’s Club and has poured her passion for the work they do into organizing and supporting the club. “This organization and all the children we touch hold a special place in my heart as I also experienced loss at an early age, losing my mother at the age of 12,” Sam told Page Six. “Let me tell you, at that time there was nothing like this around for my younger sister, Tamara and I to cope with the devastating loss of our mum. No clubhouse, no programs, no summer camps or even exposure to other kids that had experienced loss.”

It seems that just like his older co-star Sterling K. Brown, Niles has a little bit of Randall Pearson’s big beautiful heart to share with the world.
