Celebrity Big Brother 2 returns on February 2 for a new episode on CBS. It should be an action-packed night with both the Power of Veto Competition and an Eviction Ceremony.

Comedian Tom Green is the new Head of Household after winning the Slaughter House Head of Household Competition on Wednesday’s episode (January 30) of Celebrity Big Brother 2. He had a time of three minutes and seven seconds. He chose to nominate Joey Lawrence and Kandi Burruss for eviction. Joey and Kandi will have another chance to save themselves this week before their fates are put in the hands of their fellow houseguests.

Power of Veto Competition to be shown on next episode

Winning the Power of Veto would mean safety. If either nominee gets removed from the block, former Heisman Trophy winner Ricky Williams could be at risk, as Tom mentioned the possibility of nominating him in the previous episode. Tom’s chats with Kato Kaelin and Diary Room sessions during the episode revealed that Tom views Ricky as the biggest threat in the house.

Power of the Publicist

It was revealed on Wednesday that singer and TV personality Tamar Braxton won the Power of the Publicist. This allows her to save herself from the chopping block during the next two weeks at either the Nomination Ceremony or Power of Veto Ceremony. It does not appear Tamar will be using the power this week as she has not been nominated for eviction (yet). She also can only use it once.

Celebrity Big Brother 2 Eviction Ceremony

The fourth celebrity will be sent packing on Saturday (February 2). Whoever is evicted Saturday will join a growing list of celebrities to leave the Celebrity Big Brother 2 house. It already includes former White House Communications Director Anthony Scaramucci, actor and host Jonathan Bennett, and 12-time Olympic medalist Ryan Lochte.  Of note, is that the West Coast views a taped version of the latest eviction.
