Watch You’re the Worst Season 5, Episode 5 A Very Good Boy

Jimmy tries to prove he’s not a good man in tonight’s episode of You’re the Worst.
Only in Gretchen and Jimmy’s world is “good boy” a bad thing. I mean, sure, “good MAN” sounds better, but Gretchen loves to tease Jimmy. Tonight’s episode will see Gretchen (Aya Cash) poke fun at Jimmy (Chris Geere) for doing well in life and comments how he’s about to become a married man.
Jimmy freaks out, refusing to accept he “lost his edge,” and spends the entire episode attempting to prove Gretchen wrong. Meanwhile, Edgar (Desmin Borges) and Lindsay (Kether Donohue) try to make things official and go on a real date. Or, as Edgar puts it, giving “catching feelings a shot.”

Edgar and Lindsay’s date goes…as well as you think it will. We won’t spoil any details, but come on, this is Edgar and Lindsay, I hope you’re not expecting it to go well. The people you should be worried about instead are Gretchen and Jimmy.
Personally, I felt disappointed in them both. Well, mostly Jimmy. Again, no spoilers, but they really can be the worst sometimes. I think, though, at least in this episode, Vernon and Becca are worse than our favorite duo.
