Deadly Class delivered its deadliest and most shocking episode so far. Marking the halfway point in the series, Episode 5 made sure to leave us with plenty of questions. Here are the five biggest many have.

Deadly Class Season 1, Episode 5 was certainly the wackiest and most shocking episode of all. It’s a turning point for each of the five main characters, setting up a love triangle, deadly consequences, and a fight of survival.

Of course, with most of the episode being one big acid trip, there are plenty of questions. How much of it really happened and how much of it will come back to bite them?

What I will say is that one of my questions isn’t whether a certain character is dead or not. It’s pretty clear from an after-the-episode interview that he is. This is all about moving forward in the lives of the core five characters.

Here are my biggest questions from “Saudade.”

Caution: There are major spoilers in this post for the episode.

5. How much does Marcus believe was real?

Some of the episode was a literal acid trip. Marcus had taken seven hits in one and that led to some crazy hallucinations. I mean, digital mountains?

So, how much will Marcus remember and just how much of that will he believe was real? He thought Master Lin had shown up when he’d been arrested but the episode soon suggested that Master Lin was a figment of Marcus’ imagination. Marcus saw blood on his hands but there was nothing later on.

There were no signs after Marcus got back to the room and was with Maria that Master Lin was ever there. However, there was the incident with Chester. Will he just think Chester was a figment?
