Everything coming to and leaving Netflix in March 2019
What do A Clockwork Orange, The Notebook, and The Order have in common? They’re all coming to Netflix in March 2019. Here’s the complete list of everything coming to and leaving Netflix next month.
Netflix is bringing some exciting new additions throughout March 2019. The Notebook and A Clockwork Orange are just two old-school movies making their way to the streaming service, but there’s also a bunch of new Netflix Originals that are extremely exciting.
Of course, new arrivals means there will be shows and movies leaving the service. If you’re in Australia and New Zealand, I’m sorry to say that The Vampire Diaries is on the list. However, in the U.S., the same cannot be said. Don’t worry! TVD is staying for now.
More from Netflix
- Bridgerton season 3: All the details to know about Penelope and Colin’s love story
- It’s a slow week on Netflix with only three new releases (Nov. 20)
- Exploding Kittens: From card game to Netflix animated series starring Tom Ellis
- The Crown and more Netflix shows and movies to stream this week (November 13)
- Escaping Twin Flames and more harrowing love-centered documentaries to watch on Netflix
Santa Clarita Diet Season 3 is certainly one of the most notable mentions when it comes to arrivals on Netflix in March 2019. Drew Barrymore and Timothy Olyphant are back with their zombie comedy. It’s an underappreciated show that has a cult following, so if you haven’t caught the first two seasons yet, do it right now!
The Order is another Netflix Original to look out for. This is perfect for those who love anything supernatural. After the death of his mother, one college kid goes out in search for revenge. That search soon ends up with him landing in the middle of a war between werewolves and dark witches.
And don’t overlook Shadow, about an ex-cop with the ability not to feel physical pain. It’s another tragic loss and seeking revenge story, this time set in Johannesburg.
As for the notable exits, get your fill of Beauty and the Beast right now, because it’s about to leave the streaming service. Yet another Disney movie, it’s not all that surprising but is disappointing.
Some of the favorites like The Breakfast Club, Pearl Harbor, and Ghostbusters are also exiting. And don’t overlook all six seasons of Drop Dead Diva and Party of Five!
Just one thing worth noting is that on the list from Netflix, The Notebook is set for its debut on the streaming service on Mar. 1, yet Netflix’s tweet to announce the arrival said Mar. 15. If it’s not on at the start of the month, give it an extra two weeks!
