Lori Loughlin hints that another network may pick up Fuller House

After Netflix renewed Fuller House for a fifth and final season, fans were furious and have begun campaigning to save the show. Lori Loughlin hints the fans may be saving the Full House spin-off.

Have mercy! First Bob Saget has come out and said that a network might save Fuller House due to fan outrage. Now, Lori Loughlin has come out and hinted in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter that we might not have seen the last of the Tanner – Fuller and Gibbler family.

Do Saget and Loughlin know something that we don’t? It’s definitely possible. Loughlin doesn’t understand why Netflix canceled the show and believes there are more stories to tell. I prefer a television network to pick up Fuller House as I like to watch shows weekly. I think it would be perfect for the show to air on ABC on Friday nights after Fresh Off the Boat at 8:30/7:30c, followed by Speechless. It would be TGIF version two.

More from Netflix

First, I’m happy to hear that we are hearing positive news from the Full House and Fuller House actors. This is very encouraging for the fans.

Second, I cannot agree more with Loughlin on this. There are plenty of stories to tell, especially with Jackson, Ramona and Max growing. Jackson and Ramona are in high school, so there can be plenty of material for the writers to write. The writers can write storylines of Jackson and Ramona passing their permits and going out driving.

Jackson and Rocki were dating, but their relationship ended in Fuller House Season 4, Episode 12 titled “The Prom”.  Jackson wasn’t aware that Rocki was behind him at the prom and was talking behind her back. Unable to trust him, she ended it there. However, in the following episode, Rocki held Jackson’s hand to see Stephanie and Jimmy’s baby in the hospital room.

It seems that Jackson and Rocki may be back together so there are great storylines that the writers can write here. This can include drama and emotion between the two of them because let’s be honest, all couples fight. This also brings in great television, which means higher ratings. At first, I didn’t care for Rocki, but now she’s growing on me.

I want to see storylines revolving around Stephanie now being a mother, episodes leading up to Stephanie and Jimmy’s wedding, and possibly D.J. and Steve getting married. We can also see Stephanie and Uncle Jesse have more scenes together, especially as he’s excellent with kids. He can watch over the baby (we don’t even have a name yet!), while Stephanie is out with D.J. and Kimmy.
