This season of Dr. Pimple Popper has been a wild ride. Sisters, Popeye, eyeballs, untreatable cases. Dr. Lee has seen a wide variety of oddball cases that extend beyond what brought fame: putrid, viscous liquids oozing forth skin sewage.
The “Mic Drop Pop!” episode is back to square one. Nothing but meat and potatoes…gooey, lumpy, buttery potatoes being squeezed through a straw-sized orifice.

Let’s get the sympathetic case out of the way with Josh. He got into a car crash 18-years ago, and now he has a large bump on his head. Is it a cystoma? Afraid knot. We can only hope at this point that everything on this episode results in something close to this cherry-mint toothpaste being squeezed from a Cyclops.

Brittney has a ton of bumps, but this is something we’ve seen before. It’s unlikely she’ll be able to top the variety and color spectrum of Ken’s oatmeal, applesauce, peanut butter, pesto combo.
Another patient named TJ has a lump described as “curious.” What it’s curious about is uncertain. “Am I made from skin?” Or maybe, “Is pus my daddy?” I’m sure it’s all existential.
Additionally, Luis has a shoulder bump that makes him look uneven. Unlike just about everyone ever on the show, Luis has family members who actually think having something that looks like the plot to an Alien sequel growing inside a family member is dangerous.
