According to the preview for this episode of Dr. Pimple Popper, something may be “breaking through the skin.” We could finally have the Chestburster moment we’ve all been patiently awaiting.
Honestly, the anticipation of something living inside one of Dr. Lee’s patients is more than enough to get excited about. Even if it’s a worm or something like that, it’s new territory. The rest of the episode is just going to be gravy (perhaps literally).

What to expect next episode
There will be a patient named Brandon who has several lumps on his head. He’s very worried about them, because he fears they may be life-threatening. We’re on episode ten at this point, and my medical expertise based on those ten episodes says there really isn’t anything that terrifying. He probably has a cyst and a headache.

Worst case, he has a migraine. And if that’s the case, prescription filled free of charge:
From head-to-tail is literal this episode, as Jess has a lump on her butt. She fell down some stairs and the lump started to develop afterward. Falling down the stairs likely caused her a headache as well, in which case: see above.
Last but not least is Leonard, who has us dreaming of Aliens. If something actually squeezes out of his body, consider me a squealing fanboy. If a post-birth scream is followed by scurrying across the floor, then this has the potential to be the best episode ever. Game over man; game over.
However unlikely the aforementioned scenario may be, Leonard’s bump is being called alarming. Furthermore, it’s “breaking through the skin.” That implies effort from within. Dr. Lee may have to break out more than a splash-shield for this procedure. She might need to keep that scalpel handy as a weapon. My recommendation is to slice directly to the forehead. Fingers crossed.
