Drake Bell and Josh Peck are reuniting in a new show
By Sefket Nouri
It’s been 12 years since Drake and Josh has been on the air. We’ll now be seeing somewhat of a new show with both Drake Bell and Josh Peck both starring in it!
HUG ME, BROTHA! Our Drake and Josh wishes have been granted. Wow, am I a happy 90s boy today! We’re getting a new show starring both Drake Bell and Josh Peck.
I loved Drake and Josh when I was young and I still love it. Drake and Josh had fantastic chemistry and made us laugh, especially with Megan.
Drake spoke to People yesterday, March 14, at the iHeartRadio Music Awards in Los Angeles. He confirmed that both he and Josh are working on something. He’s excited, and he thinks they have a great idea.
This was two days after Just Jared Jr managed to take a picture on March 13 of both Drake and Josh outside of the Viacom building. It looked like a business meeting. Two days later, we now receive confirmation that the two are working on a project together. The new show is also going to be more adult and really funny.

Drake said the following in an interview to People:
"“[The show] is going to be way more creative, way cooler than just you know the college years or something like that. We knew that if we were ever going to come back, it’s got to be something cool. I’m excited to see what the fans think.”"
If the new show has mature content, I don’t see it happening on Nickelodeon. Then again, depending on the content, it may be on Nick at Nite. There are other networks that Viacom owns as well such as MTV and VH1, both of which would be ideal for the show. It depends on how mature the new show will be to see which network would best be fit for it.
I’m beyond happy about this. I am wondering if Miranda Cosgrove will be reprising her role as the iconic Megan. Also, will the creator Dan Schneider be involved in any way? I’m not sure about that considering Nickelodeon fired him in 2018 and Viacom owns the network.
I’m very curious to see what Drake and Josh have up their sleeves for this new show. Whatever it is, count me in. I watched so many episodes of the series when I was young. Now that they’re around my age and all the 90s fans, this will be perfect for our demographics.
