With Project Blue Book on hiatus, you might want to rewatch the series or catch up before season 2, so will it be on Netflix or Hulu to stream?

It has officially been a week since the season finale of Project Blue Book and I’m already beginning to wonder where I might be able to rewatch the season. Luckily for fans of the show, we don’t have to worry about History Channel renewing the show because they already picked it up for a second season!

The show is probably not going to return until 2020 given it was a mid-season debut but there is so much to comb through. With plenty of secret messages from the extraterrestrials, symbols, and the downright craziness brought on by the last episode when UFOs appeared in Washington, I’m sure I missed a few important tidbits!

Right now, the only place you can watch episodes of Project Blue Book is through your cable provider, on demand, or the History Channel app. Hulu does have episodes available but only if you are subscribed to their live tv add-on.

Will season one of Project Blue Book be available in its entirety to stream on Netflix or Hulu? My guess is, yes, at some point it will be. As to which service? It could actually go to either but I would bet on Hulu as the front-runner.

At present, current History Channel show, Knightfall is on Netflix. But other popular shows from the channel such as Ancient Aliens, Vikings, American Pickers, and Pawn Stars, are all on Hulu.

To my knowledge, History doesn’t have any contractual agreements with either streamer, which means they’re free to negotiate on a case-by-case basis. The good news is, a majority of History’s shows are streaming somewhere. I imagine it is only a matter of time before Project Blue Book is scooped up by one of the streaming giants.

If you like to own your favorite shows on Blu-ray or DVD, then you don’t have to wait long for Project Blue Book to release. Season one will be available to take home on April 9th.
