One of the biggest questions for The Resident Season 2 since returning from the fall finale involves Julian Booth (guest star Jenna Dewan). The last we’d seen of her, she was run off the road and into a river. The car was found but she wasn’t in it, but we did know that Gordon Page had her phone. It seems a little suspicious that she’s back now. I mean, Page has been taken care of and there’s a huge fallout with QuoVardis. If you thought the QuoVardis storyline was done, you are sadly mistaken. The big question for me is: has Julian been brainwashed by the company? Maybe she’s being threatened.
There are a few other storylines going on within the hospital. Alec and Conrad are forced to work together to help a young gymnast with mysterious symptoms. They both just want the best, but it’s clear that they have very different ideas about treatments.

Those who were worried about a love triangle between CoNic and Alec may get some answers tonight. Honestly, I really hope there’s no love triangle. I’m bored of those storylines now and they’re only ever thrown in for tropish drama. Please do something different, The Resident writers.
As for Nic, she has to deal with family problems this week. Her sister is back with their father, Kyle. This cannot be good. Just what is Kyle in for?
And if you weren’t getting enough of family drama, then turn your attention to Kit. Her ex-husband is in the ER for emergency surgery and she’s involved. Dr. Bell is going to come to her disposal though.
