More from Amazon Prime Video

Not only is the movie packed with intense moments and suspense, but at the hear of it all is a family that has nothing but love for each other. They face a lot of tragedy together, yet remain strong and determined to survive and keep one another safe.

A Quiet Place reinvented the horror genre, as it provides little to no gore or bloodshed. This movie does not rely solely on shock factor, delivering an impactful story and intriguing plot, instead. In the end, though a main character does not survive, there’s enough to tell to receive a sequel. And a sequel has been granted!

All we know about the sequel so far is that Cillian Murphy has been cast to join Emily Blunt. Krasinski will also return to helm and write the sequel, but won’t be starring in the movie for obvious reasons. Needless to say, everything surrounding the movie is very mysterious, and we wouldn’t have it any other way!
