The highly anticipated Season 8 premiere of Game of Thrones is April 14. Need a refresher or need to know which episodes to watch before it arrives? Well, that’s too bad!

That’s right. The answer to how you can catch up on Game of Thrones before the Season 8 premiere is that you can’t. Don’t even try. You had almost two years to get into the series, and you didn’t? That’s your own fault. No excuses. You know nothing and will likely always know nothing.  If you’re already a fan, you had just as long to freshen up on the show and rewatch at least the most important episodes. But you didn’t. Shame.

Winter is here. It waits for no one. Rushing through the episodes is disrespectful to the series, Game of Thrones deserves better. Not to mention, you will not be okay and need to process all of the events that unfold since Season 1, Episode 1.

If you haven’t jumped on board as a fan by now, you never will. Do us all fans a favor and leave us alone to enjoy the final season in peace.

Even Entertainment Weekly tried to help you all out with a guide to the most important episodes (see the tweet below):

It’s a great list. I mean, sure, newbies may still be confused and need a lot of more facts and episodes to fully understand the plot and all the characters. But for those already huge fans of the show, it’s very helpful.

The list above was released this list on Monday, April 8, that’s five days before the premiere and it’s over 20 hours of Game of Thrones. Depending on how busy you are, you may have been able to watch it all in under a week.
