2. There may be a fight from Canada

And everything with Luke moves me onto the penultimate point. The Handmaid’s Tale Season 3 trailer suggests that Canada is finally getting into the fight. The government hasn’t been able to do anything at first, but with the letters getting out, there’s more ammo.

It’s clear that the government wants nothing to do with Gilead. The Waterfords were kicked out because of the information in the letters. It’s not surprising at all that Canada is now stepping up to help.

We don’t get to see much of things going on in Canada. I get the feeling that Luke and Holly being brought together will make it to national news. Emily getting out of the country will make it to the headlines. This will be the initial start of a war from the outside.

Hey, maybe they can even involve the part of United States that is still America. There are people in Hawaii. Between Serena Joy, Canada, and Hawaii, there’s hope for the people of Gilead.

1. June is given opportunities to see Hannah

There is a clip in The Handmaid’s Tale trailer of June by Hannah’s bedside. It looks like June is getting a chance to see Hannah again. Will this be an ongoing thing as she works with Commander Lawrence?

We can only hope. After all, Hannah is the main reason June has remained in Gilead. Had it not been for Hannah, I think June would have left with Holly and tried to forget about everything going on.

The question is where Hannah is now. How much will Hannah remember since she’s clearly being raised as a child of Gilead and was initially fearful of Hannah at first. I’m hoping we get to see a happy ending for June and Hannah (and Luke and Holly) at some point. Hey, even if June manages to get Hannah out and back to Luke and then June decides to stay to fight from the inside, I’ll be happy.
